After a lifetime of work and achievement with Cramer, Johnson, Wiggins & Associates, a Sedgwick company, Bob Floyd will retire at the end of June.
Robert “Bob” Floyd, Vice President – Client Services announced his retirement from Cramer Johnson Wiggins & Associates (CJW) effective June 30, 2019.
Bob earned his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Marketing from Troy University in Troy, Alabama.
Bob began his claim adjusting career with Florida Farm Bureau in 1969 and became an
independent adjuster in 1971. He joined Dick Wiggins & Associates in 1979, which becameCJW in 1985. In 1993 Bob moved to CJW’s corporate office in Orlando, Florida to concentrate on TPA operations.
Bob pioneered CJW’s entry in the Lloyds of London markets forging lifelong relationships and landing innumerable TPA contracts along the way. He also played key roles in CJW’s integration with Vericlaim in 2011 and Sedgwick in 2014. With over 40 years of service to CJW and its precursor, Bob will leave a lasting legacy of service to CJW/Sedgwick and the markets to whom he devoted his career.
